Shipping
Parcel post: Ceramics can only be sent via parcel post. I will wrap your ceramics as best as I can. For this I use as much recycled wrapping products as possible. Hooray for the environment!
I’ll ship your parcel within 2 weeks. If you are in a hurry (because of a birthday or something) please leave a note while purchasing. Two weeks might sound like a lot but I only have two hands and I have another job.
The days it takes for the parcel to actually arrive depends on which country you are in. This varies from about 2 to 14 working days. You will get a tracking code per email so you’ll be able to follow your gal.

If your girl arrives in pieces (</3) please send me an email and picture as quickly as possible. We will try and find a solution both of us can be happy with. What happens afterwards I don’t take responsibility for. If you take your girl somewhere please wrap them in protective materials and keep them safe.

Post: Smaller items like cards and brooches can be sent via normal post. This is a lot cheaper than parcel post, but it’s not trackable. If you select post there won’t be a refund if your order goes missing or if it breaks.

Measurements
I measure the width by measuring the bottom. All measures are in centimeters and are rounded up by halves.

Taking care of your ceramics
Although they can go in the dishwasher, I would still recommend washing ceramics by hand. Use them or look at them, they are sturdy enough for both. They are food safe and water tight, unless  it says different in the description.

Handmade
Please note that I make everything by hand; the ceramics may have some ‘imperfections’. I don’t really like the word imperfection, for I believe it’s exactly the tiny spots, cracks and other things that truly give my ceramic girls their character. Also my pots are inspired by our bodies, and our bodies also have birthmarks, stretchmarks, scars and other beautiful things that make every body unique. I hope my girls help you value and celebrate these things!

I do my best to match the right girls with their bottoms (hehehe) but it might go wrong sometimes. If the number on the bottom of the girl doesn’t match the number in the product title it’s probably not the right match. Of course the bottoms aren’t visible most of the time, so I hope you won’t mind if this is the case.
